Discretion is our practice. This page explains, plainly, how we handle your information.
Black Knight Consulting Group (“BKC”, “we”) is an international consulting group with offices in Florida (United States), Paris (Europe), and Tel Aviv (Middle East). This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to bkc.group.
Information you send us. If you contact us — through the contact form, by email at contact@bkc.group, or by phone — we receive the details you choose to share: typically your name, organization, contact details, and the content of your message.
Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate region, and device type. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept the cookie notice shown on your first visit; if you decline, the site works exactly the same with no tracking cookies at all. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not use cookies for cross-site tracking.
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential engagement, and manage our business relationship with you. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with third parties for their marketing, and we treat every inquiry with the discretion our clients expect of us.
Messages submitted through the contact form are delivered to us by a form-processing service, and this website is served by our hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We keep correspondence for as long as it is relevant to the inquiry or the business relationship it concerns, and then delete it. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period for security purposes.
Depending on where you live — including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Israel's Privacy Protection Law — you may have the right to access, correct, receive a copy of, or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@bkc.group. If you believe we have not resolved your concern, you may contact your local data-protection authority.
Because we operate from the United States, Europe, and Israel, information you send us may be processed in any of these locations. We apply the same standard of care in each.
We may update this policy as the website evolves; the date below reflects the latest revision. Questions are welcome at contact@bkc.group.
