Black Knight Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Head of Homeland Security (HLS) Operations to establish, lead, and expand our Homeland Security business worldwide. This executive role owns all HLS operations, strategic partnerships, business development, and customer engagement across government, law enforcement, and critical-infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate combines senior law-enforcement experience, proven business-development expertise, and an established network within the international homeland security community; experience working with international government agencies is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all Homeland Security operations and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and execute the global HLS growth strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies, homeland security organizations, government ministries, and critical infrastructure operators.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in international markets.
- Represent BKC with senior government officials, security organizations, and industry partners.
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology providers and system integrators.
- Lead customer engagements from initial introduction through contract award and ongoing relationship management.
- Coordinate cross-border market access initiatives and international collaborations.
- Represent BKC at international conferences, exhibitions, and government events.
Required Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in law enforcement, homeland security, police, border security, customs, or a related government agency.
- Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or strategic account management.
- Strong international network within the homeland security and public safety sectors.
- Experience working with or engaging international government agencies, ministries, security organizations, or multinational institutions.
- Proven ability to develop high-level strategic relationships and navigate complex government environments.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with homeland security technologies: surveillance, command and control (C2), cybersecurity, AI, drones, sensors, communications, border security, or public safety solutions.
- Experience working with international organizations such as border security agencies, national police organizations, civil protection authorities, customs agencies, or multinational security initiatives.
- Existing relationships with decision-makers across Europe, North America, the Middle East, or other international markets.
- Military or security leadership experience is an advantage.
